  • Q: How Long Will It Take To Record One Song? A:  This Is A Tough Question To
Answer.  First, Every "One Song" Scenario Is Unique In It's Own Way.  For Instance, Is
There A Band Involved?  Is It Just A Voice Demo?  If It Is A Voice Demo (Rap Could Fit
Into This Category) Are You Supplying A Stereo File Of The Instrumental, Or Will We
Be Mixing This As Well?  All Of These Situations Will, In Part, Dictate "How Long It
Could Take".   And Last But Not Least, How Prepared For The Recording Are You?
How Quickly Do You Work?  As You Can See, This Is A Question That Can Not Be
Fully Answered.  All Artist Should Plan For A Longer, Rather Than A Shorter Session
    Just To Be Safe.
  • Q: I Would Like To Have My Project Mastered And Intend To Send It In By Mail, Are
There Any Special Instructions I Should Follow To Ensure A Great Master? A: Yes, We
Prefer Wave Files With A Sample Rate Of 48,000kHz And A Bit Depth Of 24.  If Your
Project Is Not Already In This Format Then We Ask That You Supply Your Wave Files
In What Ever Sample Rate And Bit Depth It Was Created With.  It Is Also Highly
Recommended That You Remove All Limiters And Compressors From Your Master
Buss Prior To Your File Export, Bounce Or Render.  Please Include A Reference Disc
And A Song List Of The Intended Final Order Of Your Music.  Aside From These
General Instructions, Please Feel Free To Add Any Additional Information In Regards
To How You Feel About The Mixes.  For Example, Are Your Mixes Too Bright, Dark Or
Muddy?  Is There Any Particular Noises That You Would Like Us To Attempt To
Remove?  Please Do Not Forget To Send Your Contact Information With Your
Package.  Please Supply A Completed "Mastering Info Form" With Your Order.
  • Q: If I Purchase A "Block", Can It Be Broken Up Into Several Dates? A:  Absolutely,
Typically We Will Break Up A 10 Hour Block Into Two Dates (5 Hours Each Date) And
A 20 Hour Block Into Four To Five Dates (5 Hours On Four Dates Or 4 Hours On Five
    Dates).

Below With Your Question.  A Studio Engineer Will Get Back With You Shortly With An
    Answer.  Thank You.

There A Fee For Studio Consultation Tours? A: There Is Never A Fee For Studio
